On the Homestead is a hands-on enrichment course that gives a delightful glimpse into the rhythms of self-sufficient living. Students will explore the foundational skills of homesteading—caring for animals, growing and preserving food, crafting from natural materials, and connecting with seasonal cycles. Through engaging stories, simple recipes, traditional crafts, and living history, learners will gain a deeper appreciation for where things come from and how communities once thrived off the land. This class nurtures wonder, responsibility, and creativity in a joyful, age-appropriate way.
