Designed for emerging readers and writers, this class offers a playful, literature-rich approach to strengthening foundational skills. Through read-alouds, hands-on games, and creative writing activities, students will practice reading fluency, spelling, and handwriting in a supportive and engaging environment. Classic and contemporary children’s books will spark imagination and inspire a love of language.

*Students should be able to confidently read CVC and common sight words, and be ready to start/refine writing basic sentences.
