This hands-on class blends gardening skills and homestead life into one rich, seasonal experience. Students learn how plants grow and change through the seasons while exploring practical gardening skills like planting, composting, and harvesting on a small scale. Alongside this, students discover simple homestead skills such as caring for animals, food traditions, and traditional crafts. Through stories, projects, and real-world learning, students develop patience, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of where food comes from and how life works beyond the grocery store.
